Repository of control documents for the transport of goods

The DeCA (Documento Electrónico de Control Administrativo, Electronic Administrative Control Document) is the digital version of the control document that must accompany the transport of goods by road in Spain. Since 5 October 2026 it replaces the paper control document: each DeCA has a unique URL and a QR code that the driver shows to officers in the event of an inspection.

Paper is no longer valid during inspections.

Retention

Documents are kept for at least one year.
